Review of the Keon Vacuum-lock dildo

Today I wanted to revisit the Kiiroo🦊 vacuum-lock dildo review. For a cis man, the discovery of anal pleasure – receiving I mean – is something of a taboo in today’s society. The omnipresent judgement that it’s not a normal act. Whether it’s linked to our upbringing, our religion or the fear of what others will say.

Anyway, after a discussion on Kiiroo’s discord, I thought I’d let myself be tempted by this adventure. In particular, to learn more about myself, to discover, but also to understand. My wife in particular, who doesn’t appreciate this practice. Not least because, and I’m sorry to quote you my darling: “It’s as if my anus were an eye, try touching your eye, you’ll see that by reflex you’ll close it”.

Eager to understand it, I first bought the Edge2 from Lovense… What a foolish thing to do! Lulled by the tender illusions of the advertising, I let myself get caught up in the promise of a prostatic orgasm… Anyway, I’ll probably do a full review of it one day, but that’s not the subject today.

So I started my search for ‘something else’, preferably non-phallic, possibly glass… Like Pipedream’s Icicles n°24… And that’s when Kiiroo’s Community Manager contacted me at the beginning of September to review a product that would complement the Keon and allow you to explore that back door… So I jumped at the chance to review the Kiiroo vacuum-lock dildo.

Vacuum-lock Dildo

This is the only, and probably only, suction cup dildo that Kiiroo has made available to date. The idea behind it was to turn the Keon into a sex machine. This review is available on Reddit but not yet on this blog… It will be coming soon.

With this vacuum-lock dildo and an adaptor🦊, you get a unisex Keon. Unisex and usable with FeelMe AI.

Receipt of parcel

The subject came up at the end of August with Kiiroo’s CM. At first, I was a bit hesitant… I wasn’t sure I’d necessarily enjoy this adventure. But I was still interested. After some thought, we agreed that I would write the review.

The parcel was sent from Amsterdam around 9 September and arrived in the letterbox on 16 September.

The parcel arrived in the usual beige box. A very small mention of Kiiroo on the sender’s address, nothing more. Inside was the Keon hands-free kit, the dildo adaptor and this vacuum-lock dildo. So three items in this box, we’ll concentrate on the last one here.

Vacuum-lock dildo’s package

For this box, Kiiroo has adopted the sober, white design of its accessories. It shows the product from the side, indicating that it belongs to the Keon and the size of 19 centimetres. Er… 19 centimetres? So for some people, you’re going to say ‘little player’… But isn’t that a lot?

“Try a different position. This vacuum-lock dildo is compatible with the Keon dildo adapter. Fast and easy to use” That’s what it says, in 7 different languages. I’m a bit confused by the term ‘vacuum-lock system’. Suction cup maybe ?

Another side of the box shows us a representation of the contours of the dildo with the words “full size”. Seriously? This is the length of my hand we’re talking about… That famous 19 centimetres. It’ll never fit… Too wide, too long, too imposing, too ‘too’? What have I got myself into?

Appearance of the vacuum-lock dildo

So I took this ‘monster’ out of the box. Well, let’s have a look at it: it’s far from the transparent, non-phallic shape I was ideally looking for. At least it’ll give me a good basis to see if it’s something that will stimulate me better than the other toys I’ve tested.

19 centimetres long, 3 centimetres in diameter and 190 grams of black silicone🦊. These are the raw figures for the vacuum-lock dildo. On a finer level, we can say that on the upper two thirds, the silicone is fairly firm. You can bend it, but it requires a bit of force and it comes back into place like a boomerang, without any yo-yo effect.

While the first two thirds are very firm, the last third, which gives access to the base, is hollow and therefore much more flexible. This is the part that houses the adapter for the Keon.

The base is wider and ends with a circular surface to avoid getting stuck with something in the base without being able to remove it, and to act as a surface for the dildo to position itself on a flat surface and adhere to it by creating a vacuum via pressure on the base of the object. So when it comes to finding a flat surface to hang it on, you’re only limited by your imagination (table, chair, mirror, shower tiles, car door).

The silicone feels good, it’s quite harmonious, I feel less worried, a bit more excited…

Cleaning

The good thing about silicone sex toys, especially if they have no electronics, is that they are easy to clean. There are various methods, from the more traditional such as using warm water with soap.

However, you can also use a sextoy cleaner. I don’t know of many. I bought the Pure from Kiiroo at the same time as the Keon in June. It works pretty well too, but I can’t compare it with any other cleaner.

However, especially for anal use, it will be necessary to disinfect it regularly. To do this, either boil it in a pan or put it in the dishwasher. This is not a joke, if you’re wondering, it’s quite serious.

Then dry it with a lint-free cloth and that’s it, all that’s left to do is put it in the little bag supplied by Kiiroo to… Well, no… There’s no bag with this toy for storing it.

Warning! Some think about the fact that you shouldn’t ever store a silicone sextoy near another silicone sextoy. If they touch, they will react with each other over time and the result will not be good at all. That’s wrong ! Nothing will happen. But if it was TPE material… Well, these person would have been right. So now, put the sextoy back in the box… Or buy a bag to store it in, toss it with your other silicone sextoys… It’s up to you. But Kiiroo, you didn’t do so well on this one, what’s the cost of a cloth bag?

Use

Before anything

For vaginal use (which is impossible for me), very little preparation is needed, but for anal use, I’d still recommend an enema beforehand, to avoid unpleasant surprises later on.

Apart from that, we’ll start with the basics: you need to use a good dose of lubricant🦊, so don’t be stingy. A silicone sextoy requires a water-based lubricant. Using a silicone-based lubricant would be a very bad idea.

First experience

Already… It’s working, I’m relieved. The vacuum-lock dildo is making its way in without too much difficulty. The centimetres come and go, the excitement is at its peak and I have to control it, I have to take my time.

So clearly I’m not going all the way with the toy, that will probably come with time. But I can feel the resistance quite quickly. I found out later that it was the access to the sigmoid colon, that’s where it was blocking… Potentially because the silicone is too firm.

It’s easy to get used to the size and circumference, and the slightly conical shape means you can gradually work your way in, just to give the sphincter time to get used to this intrusion. Really, if it’s your first time, go slowly… and then some.

And the following ones

I had the bad experience of going too fast in one session… Never again. It’s like writhing in pain and it cuts off all desire. That is, unless you’re a fan of this kind of sensation, but I’m not.

As for the rest, whether using the vacuum-lock dildo offered by Kiiroo by hand or using it freehand by having it stick to a surface, I was able to discover new sensations and it’s really interesting. It’s worth noting that the pleasure I get (at least as far as I’m concerned) is totally different and uncorrelated from what I normally feel. I’m referring to my manual pleasure sessions or sessions with a FeelStroker, in other words more traditional penis masturbation. In other words, I felt anal pleasure while my penis was soft. And that was a first for me. The excitement, the sexual pleasure, always corresponded to a fully erect penis.

However, I didn’t have an anal orgasm with the vacuum-lock dildo. As with the Edge2, I was slightly disappointed.

But it did allow me to experience more powerful orgasms in addition to penile masturbation, and that’s a great discovery.

Availability

The Kiiroo vacuum-lock dildo has been on sale since mid-October 2022, but it was presented at the Erofame adult convention in early October (hello Ashley!).

It costs €28, but as you know, by using the coupon code “PapaRenard“, you can reduce the price of your basket by 10%. So it would be just €25.20.

Conclusion

Pros

  • Classy in black
  • Pretty texture with veins
  • Top material: silicone

Cons

  • Very firm over the first two thirds (too much so?)
  • No intimate pouch for storing the sextoy

Thanks to the Kiiroo community manager for suggesting I test this toy, it came at just the right time and I really enjoyed being able to use this vacuum-lock dildo. Intimidating at first, it proved to be a good ally in just a few sessions to get some really intense orgasms. It’s a shame they weren’t prostatic orgasms, as they were more likely to increase the sensations of penile orgasms tenfold.

However, because it’s too firm, I’ve never been able to take it fully because of the pain. And that’s not so nice. I’m sorry I don’t have another dildo to compare it to. Is it down to this product or to me and my inexperience?

However, I did like the texture, the colour, the length, the circumference and the fact that it’s quite rigid, which makes it easy to insert, but flexible enough on the base to change the angle.

My other big regret is having to spend so much time preparing to use it… But that’s more to do with the orifice stimulated than the toy itself.

In any case, if you use the Keon for its interactive capabilities as a sex machine, it’s a must-have!
